Current Projects

We are excited to share an overview of our current projects, where we are actively driving transformative change across both Vancouver and Ontario. In Vancouver, our efforts are centered on urban development, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and creating vibrant, inclusive community spaces that enhance the quality of life for residents. Through these projects, we aim to contribute to the city’s growth while preserving its natural beauty and fostering a sense of belonging. In Ontario, we are focused on economic growth, working on projects that drive innovation and create long-term value for both local communities and businesses. By employing cutting-edge solutions and a forward-thinking approach, we are committed to fostering an environment where sustainable development and economic prosperity go hand in hand. Stay tuned for exciting updates as we continue to make a positive and lasting impact in these dynamic regions.

Victoria Park

1925 Victoria Park Avenue will be a 12-storey, hybrid Mass Timber rental residential building with 182 suites.  It has been designed as a North American, residential adaptation of the CREE building system from Austria. The building features a large courtyard with wide, prefabricated perimeter walkways designed to create an outdoor social space in addition to providing the primary access and egress for the suites. The ground floor of the building provides a large tall height Commercial Retail space, expected to accommodate various tenants including a Daycare. The intent of the project is to digitally design and construct a highly repeatable project typology enabling both low embodied carbon construction and very low operational carbon (and very low cost) operation and maintenance for at least 30 years. Once completed, it will be the tallest hybrid Mass Timber residential building in Ontario and it will meet Toronto Green Standard level 3 (TGS3).
