Blair is a seasoned construction management professional with over 30 years of experience, during which he has consistently demonstrated his leadership and expertise in delivering successful projects. From 2011 to 2023, he served as Vice-President and Co-Founder of Urban One Builders, where he played a key role in shaping the company's growth and success. Prior to that, Blair held the position of Project Director at ITC Construction Group, overseeing numerous award-winning, high-profile developments across British Columbia. Throughout his career, Blair has managed projects valued at over $1 billion, encompassing a wide variety of high-rise and low-rise mixed-use residential, commercial, and institutional developments. With a strong foundation in Design-Build, Blair is dedicated to finding innovative and efficient ways to execute projects that align with his clients’ visions while ensuring that cost, schedule, and quality expectations are consistently met.
